I Really Want a Dog

Dear Mom and Dad

I really want a dog and here is why.

1. I would actually have some entertainment in my house. I am bored like an hour and a half a day so if we get a dog that boredom turns into entertainment. I know you might say I already have entertainment, but I would get a lot more entertainment if we get one and I would get more outside time and exercise.
2. Dogs are cute, nice, and playful. And again, I know you probably don’t want to take it on walks and feed it and give it water, so I can do it after school and on the weekends. I can be the one who takes it out, feeds it, and gives it water.
3. Some dogs are trained and easier to deal with. And yes, I know you might say you don’t want it to mess up our furniture, or poop on the floor, or make a mess. If it does try to break any furniture, or poop, or make a mess then I would clean it up and fix the furniture.
